The company focuses on the development of advanced thinfilm solar technologies and its applications for green building materials, We manufacture highly efficientand cost-competitive thin film solar modules, the certified conversion efficiency of CdTe thin film solarproduct ranked first in China.

Mingyang Thin Film Tech offers a wide variety of products including standard thin film PV panels and BlPvproducts via integration of solar panels with diverse architectural glass structures.
Most of our businessinvolves customized design and production of thin film solar modules and BlPV products, which maydiferentiate in shape, size, color and transmittance. The products have been extensively applied intraditional power station, building wall, glazing, sunroof, sun room, parking structure, and bus station etc.

In addition to CdTe solar technology, Mingyang has also built a perovskite technology team and madesignificant investments in developing next-generation thin film photovoltaics and tandem technology.Our perovskite solar cells (with inverted structure) have achieved a certified conversion efficiency of25.1%,placing them among the highest efficiencies globally for the inverted perovskite (PlN) structure.

Mingyang Thin Film Technology has the first 100 megawatt level cadmium telluride thin film module production line in China that truly has completely independent intellectual property rights. Highly integrated with up to 40 process steps for automation, it has achieved the first cadmium telluride production line in China that meets Industry 4.0 standards. It is a smart factory that integrates intelligence, data, unmanned operation, and personalization. Mingyang Thin Film Technology has established an independent BIPV backend production line, actively exploring the path of clean energy development and application. It has developed Mingyang photoelectric glass with plastic shape, adjustable light transmission, optional color, pattern and texture, sound insulation, heat insulation, and light emission functions.
